    2 lb skirt steak or flank steak
    2 Tbsp seasoning

    DIRECTIONS…

    2 lb skirt steak, 2 tbsp seasoning. Rub seasoning onto both sides of steak. Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Set grill to high heat and grill 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5-10 minutes, slice and serve.
