Roasting veggies is a whole lot easier with our delicious blend of onions, balsamic, garlic, brown sugar, sea salt and spices. Just mix with olive oil and melted butter, then toss with Brussels sprouts, potatoes or any root veggie and roast!

Each packages makes three batches of roasted veggies.

For Single Batch of Roasted Balsamic & Roasted Onion Brussels Sprouts:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning

Preheat oven to 350°F. Trim stem of Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut in half and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. In small bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter and seasoning. Drizzle over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and slightly charred, turning halfway through roasting.

Balsamic Asparagus Fried Egg Toast
Toss asparagus tips with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion Veggie Roaster seasoning. Saute for 3 minutes. Top thick slices of toast with a fried egg and asparagus tips.

Bacon-Wrapped Balsamic Asparagus
Coat asparagus with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning. Wrap bacon around asparagus and bake at 400°
F for 20 minutes.

Warm Spring Balsamic Asparagus Salad
Coat asparagus and thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. When ready to serve, squeeze fresh lemon juice over salad and garnish with fresh thyme.

Balsamic Asparagus Prosciutto Pizza
Coat asparagus with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning and grill until tender, 6-9 min. Cut into thirds. Top a pre-made pizza crust or flatbread with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella and asparagus. Slide directly onto oiled grill and cook until cheese is melted, 3-5 min.

Without exaggeration, I refused to eat Brussels sprouts until I discovered this blend. My husband loves Brussels sprouts but from the time I was little I always assumed I was being punished when my mom brought out the sprouts for dinner. It became an on-going family joke and she would make them every Christmas and chide me when I wouldn't even take a bite. "I worked so hard making this meal and you don't even want to try".... blah, blah, blah! When I would finally take a guilt induced bite, it would just confirm my life-long disdain. It didn't matter that every year she would try a new recipe. Now we eat them once a week. No joke, my kids get excited when they find out it's Brussels sprout day. Literally life changing. My mom is none too happy it wasn't her that made me finally embrace the sprouts. Worth it!!! Thank you for adding to our family's veggie repertoire.

I used this on roasted onions and apples with delicious results!!! Served with a PorkTenderloin and it was fantastic........will be trying on more veggies soon. Glad to have your Company making such great spice blends etc...........

I'm not crazy about brussels sprouts, but made some last night with this spice mix and ate all of them. They were so amazingly delicious!! I think I can say they were the best brussels sprouts I've ever eaten! Checking out the website to see what other spices are available. Yum!

Huge fan of roasted vegetables here. I sprinkled a tsp. of of this in a pan of mixed veggies which added a subtle depth of flavor I loved.

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Dehydrated Onion & Garlic, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, White Distilled Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar), Sherry Wine Powder (Maltodextrin, Sherry Wine Solids), Malic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Natural Flavor, Yeast Extract, and less than 2% Soybean Oil and Silicon Dioxide added as processing aids.
