For Single Batch of Roasted Balsamic & Roasted Onion Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F. Trim stem of Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut in half and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. In small bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter and seasoning. Drizzle over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and slightly charred, turning halfway through roasting.

Balsamic Asparagus Fried Egg Toast
Toss asparagus tips with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion Veggie Roaster seasoning. Saute for 3 minutes. Top thick slices of toast with a fried egg and asparagus tips.
Bacon-Wrapped Balsamic Asparagus
Coat asparagus with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning. Wrap bacon around asparagus and bake at 400°
F for 20 minutes.
Warm Spring Balsamic Asparagus Salad
Coat asparagus and thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. When ready to serve, squeeze fresh lemon juice over salad and garnish with fresh thyme.
Balsamic Asparagus Prosciutto Pizza
Coat asparagus with olive oil and Balsamic & Roasted Onion seasoning and grill until tender, 6-9 min. Cut into thirds. Top a pre-made pizza crust or flatbread with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella and asparagus. Slide directly onto oiled grill and cook until cheese is melted, 3-5 min.
