Our Athenian Herb Dryglaze is a complex seasoning blend that pairs sun-dried tomato, thyme & a hint of lemon with honey to create the ultimate seasoning for your Mediterranean-inspired dishes.  Delicious on chicken, seafood and pork.

  • Rub 2-3 pounds of meat or seafood with oil and place in a resealable bag.
  • Empty packet of Athenian Herb DRYGLAZE spice blend into bag.
  • Seal bag and gently shake for even coating.
  • Let set for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze.
  • For grilling: Use indirect heat.
  • For roasting: Cover with foil and roast as usual. Remove foil halfway through cooking to brown.


  • Sprinkle on steak-cut fresh or frozen potatoes, roast on a baking sheet

Use Shrimp with Athenian Herb Dryglaze in oven or grill. Plate on top of noodles or zucchini noodles!

Ingredients: Demerara Sugar, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Dried Honey Powder (Refined Syrup, Honey, Maltodextrin), Sun-Dried Tomato, Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Spices (including Thyme, Black Pepper, and Rosemary), Corn Starch, Lemon Juice Powder (Corn Syrup, Lemon juice, and Lemon Oil), Parsley, Natural Flavor, and Calcium Silicate (anti-caking).

    If I could give this dryglaze 16 million stars I would. I rarely eat chicken without it. It is full of flavor and gives the chicken a beautiful glaze. I have use it on fish and all different kinda vegetables! Definitely add this to your cart.

    I love to roast chicken on a Sunday night for my husband Ed….this is a bit sweet and has so many flavors to it – it seems like i’ve been cooking with a ton of ingredients. Yum -Want to try it on pork.

    Too salty. Had I known the amount of sodium in a serving I would not have purchased the product. All you taste is salt.

    This is great on pork and chicken. Great flavor, I spray my pork with olive oil spray then season the chops and then sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese. Yum!!

    • LOVE the addition of Parmesan cheese! I’ll have to try that tasty tip! I’ve been a big fan of using Athenian Herb when making zoodles.

    Absolutely perfect for roast pork. Half an hour in plastic
    bag in the refrigerator and then roast. Temperature and time depends on size.

    Love this. Used on boneless skinless chicken breast on grill for a party. All the chicken was gone before the burgers – a first! Will definitely use again and again!
