Absolutely perfect for roast pork. Half an hour in plasticbag in the refrigerator and then roast. Temperature and time depends on size.

This is great on pork and chicken. Great flavor, I spray my pork with olive oil spray then season the chops and then sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese. Yum!!
