YOU WILL NEED…
1 lb ground pork
1 green onion, chopped
Combine seasoning, pork, and green onion. Split into four sections and gently pat each into a patty. Grill on each side 5-6 minutes (an internal thermometer should reach 160°F). Top with cheese for last few minutes of cooking. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings. We like pickles, red onion and a fried egg.
