Cons: size of package was large, but the actual content was extremely small. I would suggest both repackaging in more appropriately sized packaging, and including more powder (especially for the price). Also there was no way to reseal the bag after opening so it was messy. Overall taste was not much like eggnog, more like butterscotch. It worked okay in cold milk, but performed very poorly in warm milk (different taste, no thickening) so probably cold should be specified in the preparation instructions, as lots of people make eggnog warm.
Pros: The taste was okay when prepared cold, it just didn't taste much like eggnog. Probably will not buy again.
