Steak Au Poivre
rub steak with olive oil; coat both sides with Sonoma Pepper and sear one side- sear and cook other side until done about 3 minutes for rare
Pepper Crusted Cheese Roll
cut cream cheese or goat cheese in half lengthwise,
roll into log shape and coat with spice;
serve with crackers
Peppery Roasted Veggies
peel butternut squash and red potatoes & cut in 1-in chunks; cut red onion into small wedges; drizzle olive oil onto veggies sprinkle spice & roast at 350˚ until desired doneness

  • Sprinkle Sonoma Pepper on meat, chops or firm seafood fillets before grilling.
  • Use in place of course ground pepper for an everyday upgrade or for lemon pepper in your favorite recipes.
  • When grilling or roasting meat, use 2 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp olive oil per pound.
  • Sprinkle on veggies before roasting or as a finishing blend for salads.

I bought this some time ago and only recently started using it.  Cube chicken breast, generously sprinkle Sonoma Pepper on the cubes, cook for 13 minutes in 400 degree oven.  They are delicious hot, they are delicious cold (as snacks).  One might think that the pepper would be over powering, but a lot of pepper is really what makes it special.  

After I started using it, I was distressed because I couldn't remember where I had bought it!  Fortunately, I can order from this site and I found a local store that sells it (and I bought 5 bottles).
