rub steak with olive oil; coat both sides with Sonoma Pepper and sear one side- sear and cook other side until done about 3 minutes for rare
Pepper Crusted Cheese Roll
cut cream cheese or goat cheese in half lengthwise,
roll into log shape and coat with spice;
serve with crackers

peel butternut squash and red potatoes & cut in 1-in chunks; cut red onion into small wedges; drizzle olive oil onto veggies sprinkle spice & roast at 350˚ until desired doneness

  • Sprinkle Sonoma Pepper on meat, chops or firm seafood fillets before grilling.
  • Use in place of course ground pepper for an everyday upgrade or for lemon pepper in your favorite recipes.
  • When grilling or roasting meat, use 2 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp olive oil per pound.
  • Sprinkle on veggies before roasting or as a finishing blend for salads.
  • Rub onto whole turkey before roasting.

It has to be the best pepper I've ever used even in comparison to fresh ground, it's that good. It adds the perfect amount of spice to whatever you're cooking. We love it in our house, it's so good! I don't buy pepper to grind anymore and I don't buy the plain pepper, I only buy this one. it does all my cooking perfectly!

Excellent seasoning.  I use this on beef, veal and fish and also combine it with other flavors or enhance it with additional orange peel.  It is very adaptable.. I have purchased it for my daughter in laws.
