As stated before - this is a great product and the staff are outstanding. The Mulling Spice was a nice little gift (great excuse to buy an infuser). Merry Christmas, all !

I used Rio Grande Chili Blend recently for a chili I made for church and it was a big hit ! It wasn't too spicy. It gave the dish a warmth and underlying layer of flavor that was so much better than any chili I've made before. It's outstanding, really. I'll keep using it in chilis and other dishes. I love this spice and use it when making pozole, carnitas or anything that will need added chili flavor. This has become a staple in my home and my son's home.

I can't say enough about this blend and, also, the Mesa Rosa Chipolte blend. Either one added to my regular chili bean recipe bring on the raves! A noticeable improvement in flavors!!!!!
