Try it for Herb-Encrusted S'wai Fillets

I rub Mushroom Truffle Hunt, Herbes de Provence, and Parisian Melange on a S'wai Fillet which I have first padded dry with a paper towel and drizzled with lime juice. Fry it in a pan with no oil on high heat (or wipe the pan first with a bit of olive oil) and you have one great-tasting fish.

Mushroom truffle hunt

This seasoning mix is outstanding. I put it in everything savory but its particularly good on grilled fish and meats. Just bought 6 more bottles to give at Christmas--it's that good.
