Fantastic gravy mix. Simple to make and such a rich mushroom flavor. This year I doubled the recipe for thanksgiving. Can't wait for new years.

This mushroom blend adds umami flavor to everything...soups, roasted chicken/ beef, appetizers, you name it. The mushroom taste is subtle, but this blend definitely gives dishes a depth of flavor that is often missing in fast cooking. Highly recommend.
