  • Use 1-2 Tbsp of Mozambique Peri Peri per lb of meat; start with less as this is fiery spicy.
  • Before grilling or roasting, mix with olive oil to create a paste and rub into meat; marinate for 1-2 hours for best flavor.
  • Add fresh lime juice to your marinade to elevate the flavor and cut the heat.
  • Sprinkle over veggies and potatoes.
  • Season salsas, dips, sauces and soups to add a fiery kick.

I love spice, and I love a spice that bites back!  This one is a must have. You can do something very simple like dust it on a burger and serve with a dollop of sour cream, or you can put it in a stew... this is delicious!

This product is HOT!  It was the hit at my BBQ.  Rave reviews.  I bought it because it looked interesting and now I am hooked. I especially like the Kabobkit, that came with the bamboo skewers.  Thanks for being the answer and less work for me.
