  • Use 1-2 Tbsp of Mesa Rosa Chipotle per lb of meat; coat all sides before cooking.
  • Sprinkle into ground meat for a whole new take on burgers, meatloaf or sloppy joes.
  • Toss vegetables with a bit of olive oil, then sprinkle with blend before grilling.
  • Grill up corn-on-the-cob; brush with melted butter, sprinkle on Mesa Rosa Chipotle then add a little grated parmesan OR drizzle with a bit of honey for a spicy sweet flavor.
  • For a Southwestern flair, add 2 Tbsp to every quart of your favorite chili, soup, stew or barbecue sauce recipe.
  • For a great tasting and easy Chipotle Dip, stir 2-3 Tbsp into 16 oz of sour cream; chill and serve with tortilla chips or veggies.

Mesa Rosa Chipotle Spice Blend has become my primary spice for almost everything. It's smokey flavor enhances the taste of all foods. Great change on mashed potaoes and sweetens the tase on brussel sprouts. It is my secret spice at family gatherings.

I ordered Mesa Rosa Chipotle, because my family and I love it!  We discovered it as a pop corn seasoning called Smoky Chipotle.  There was a problem with the name, so it was temporarily unavailable.  Now it is available as Mesa Rosa Chipotle, and it is WONDERFUL! That said, I tried to do a search on this site.  It doesn't pull up with Chipotle.  You have to know that it's Mesa Rosa.  It is pure heaven!  We just used it on a roasted turkey.  It was wonderful.  I highly recommend it.  I'm afraid it may be addictive!

As a side dish to BBQ, I saute onion till soft and then add a bag of Trader Joe's organic sweet corn. I sprinkle salt and Mesa Rosa Chipotle on it and continue cooking until the corn starts to brown. It's a delicious side with BBQ and broccoli slaw or cole slaw. The Mesa Rosa seasoning adds the right amount of spice and heat
