Urban accents za'atar is an excellent spice blend. We use it on grilled fish, in pasta sauce as-well-as with chicken and game. I'd be lost without this in my pantry.

I first tried Za'atar using Urban Accents brand and loved it. I have tried other brands and they just aren't as good. I love to add Uran Accents Za'atar to homemade Hummus for a uniquely different taste. These blends keep their flavor for a very long time as well.
