  • Rub olive oil on meat and sprinkle with Chicago Steak & Chop; marinate for a few minutes before cooking.

I too am missing the larger size of this seasoning blend.   Its wonderful on steaks burgers, chops and even on salads......I wish they would bring the largter size back.  I have put off ordering due to having only the smaller sizes now!

We use a lot.  What happened to the larger 13 oz size??  We'll have to change to a local spice if you don't have it.

I USED to use the "other" rub called...what was it again....Mont....anyway, I can't remember. The "other" rub was too salty, this is not, and MUCH more flavorful! This rub is so good, I'm almost out of seasoning after only having it for 1 week. I ate almost 5lbs of steak last week, so the wife put me on a veggie diet this week. I'll be ordering more soon!
