  • For meat rubs and marinades, use 2 Tbsp of Casablanca Ras El Hanout per lb of meat.
  • Stir into soups, stews, couscous and rice to add a depth of sweet and spicy flavor.
  • Grill up some corn-on-the-cob, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning blend and a bit of brown sugar.
  • Slightly roasting the blend before cooking will intensify its flavor.
