Grilled SalmonTuna BurgerCape Code Shrimp
Grilled Salmon
combine spice with olive oil; brush on filets and grill
Grilled Tuna Burger
combine 2 tsp spice w/ 1 lb chopped tuna steaks, 2 tsp mayonnaise & 3 Tbsp breadcrumbs; form 4 patties; grill over med-high heat for 3-4 min on each side
Cape Cod Shrimp Boil
combine 4 Tbsp spice with 4 qts water & simmer for 15 min; add 2 lbs uncooked, tail-on shrimp & bring to boil for 2 min; immediately remove shrimp and enjoy!

For seafood boils, use 4 Tbsp Cape Cod Grill & Boil to 1 gallon of water.
Sprinkle on firm fish fillets before broiling or grilling.
For grilling or roasting, use 1 Tbsp per lb of seafood or veggies.
Mix with vinegar in place of lemon juice in seafood recipes.
Mix into chowder, crab cakes or salmon patties.
Great flavor boost for tuna salad or seafood dips and spreads.

Spice blend seems a little heavy on the celery seed, but flavor is nice.  Looking forward to a little crab boil soon and this will add a nice flavor!

Traditional Shellfish Bake / Grille Taste September 20, 2013

I have used this several times on lobster tails when I grille them and it just brings out that natural flavor in shellfish that you dont want to mask when you spend the money to eat what you bought . This past weekend I grilled 24 tails for our family and my wife and I didnt get ONE ... What does that tell you ?
