  • Rub 1/2 Tbsp Bayou Barbeque per lb of meat before grilling for a spicy, dry rub.
  • For a saucier BBQ add 1-2 Tbsp to 1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup before basting chicken, beef or pork.

I love BBQ but I don't like the sauces filled with high fructose corn syrup. I get a sweet flavor from this blend and its great on sweet potatoe fries
