This tangy, savory seasoning blend of garlic, onionc red pepper, oregano, sea salt, citrus and a touch of vinegar and more is an updated version of an Argentinean Chimichurri blend.  It makes a delicious marinade for flank steak and is a tangy rub for chops and firm fish fillets.  Try it mixed into beef, turkey or salmon burgers for an extra boost of flavor.

  • Use 1-2 Tbsp of Argentina Steak Rub per lb of meat.
  • Rub liberally over olive oil brushed meats just before grilling or roasting; do not marinate for more than 15-30 minutes unless diluted with olive oil.
  • Mix into ground meat to kick up the flavor of burgers and meatloaf.
  • Stir into dips and sauces; use 1 Tbsp per 1/2 cup of liquid.
