Haven't used it yet, later this week! But we really like smoked paprika, and in sea salt version, well, we are looking forward to it. I'm thinking of an Hungarian goulash w/rice stuffed in Acorn squash.

gorgeous flavor, but the different particle sizes meant a lot of zoning of flavors in the package.  I wish everything had been more uniform; i will have to run this through my mortar and pestle to get  it to work for me...

I use this when I cook pork chops on the grille . Just a little olive oil / spanish smoke salt as a rub and let it sit for a few before cooking and they come out great. You can still get the smokeyness flavor even after its cooked .
