gorgeous flavor, but the different particle sizes meant a lot of zoning of flavors in the package. I wish everything had been more uniform; i will have to run this through my mortar and pestle to get it to work for me...

I use this when I cook pork chops on the grille . Just a little olive oil / spanish smoke salt as a rub and let it sit for a few before cooking and they come out great. You can still get the smokeyness flavor even after its cooked .

Delicious on grilled chicken and fish, in bean soup, on sauteed veggies. A wonderful smokey delicate flavor.

This is hard. The delightful smoky flavor this salt imparts to simple dishes like baked chicken & rice and egg white omelets is amazing. I make every effort to use it in moderation but like I mentioned earlier, it's hard!
