We sprinkle this mix over frozen vegetables in a saute pan. No oil, no butter - fantastic taste. The ginger really comes out, very light on the salt. Great blend of spices!

This seasoning is especially great on fish. Had it on trout at a friend's dinner party and searched the internet until I found it. Love it!

Have you ever tried this salt on scrambled eggs ...wow! Try it on sugar snap peas, corn on the cob and it's a very pleasant suprise on cantaloupe and watermelon!
