Our unique seasoning blend combines coarse Tellicherry black pepper, dried garlic and onion flakes with the lemon and orange peel. Packed with flavor, this seasoning is a versatile flavor enhancer and works great as a salt alternative!

  • Sprinkle Sonoma Pepper on meat, chops or firm seafood fillets before grilling.
  • Use in place of course ground pepper for an everyday upgrade or for lemon pepper in your favorite recipes.
  • When grilling or roasting meat, use 2 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp olive oil per pound.
  • Sprinkle on veggies before roasting or as a finishing blend for salads.
  • Rub onto whole turkey before roasting.
  • Replace the whole peppercorns in your peppermill with Sonoma Pepper; the orange and lemon peels bring out new flavors in all dishes.

Rub steak with olive oil; coat both sides with blend; sear one side, sear other side; finish in preheated oven until desired doneness.

    Excellent seasoning. I use this on beef, veal and fish and also combine it with other flavors or enhance it with additional orange peel. It is very adaptable.. I have purchased it for my daughter in laws.

    I use this product for practally all my cooking ever since I discovered it by cleaning out my late brother in laws pantry. He was a gourmet chef and had many top rated spices.     It has to be the best pepper I’ve ever used even in comparison to fresh ground, it’s that good. It adds the perfect amount of spice to whatever you’re cooking. We love it in our house, it’s so good! I don’t buy pepper to grind anymore and I don’t buy the plain pepper, I only buy this one. it does all my cooking perfectly!

    “I bought this some time ago and only recently started using it. Cube chicken breast, generously sprinkle Sonoma Pepper on the cubes, cook for 13 minutes in 400 degree oven. They are delicious hot, they are delicious cold (as snacks). One might think that the pepper would be over powering, but a lot of pepper is really what makes it special.

    After I started using it, I was distressed because I couldn’t remember where I had bought it! Fortunately, I can order from this site and I found a local store that sells it (and I bought 5 bottles).

    I use Sonoma Pepper on so many things. The combination of pepper and citrus is particularly good with fish, but that does not stop me from using it on just about everything! This is a great product, and should be purchased in bulk!
