Our small batch blended traditional Za'atar is an aromatic combination of sumac, sesame seeds and herbs that is totally delicious when mixed with oil and spread on bread; but really hits its stride as a seasoning for meats and veggies.

  • Stir Marrakesh Za'atar into olive oil or melted butter to flavor veggies.
  • Combine with minced garlic and olive oil to form a paste; rub into beef, pork or chicken and grill or roast.  
  • Sprinkle on oil-brushed pita bread; toast in 350F oven for about 8 minutes.
  • Stir into soups, stews and sauces to add a bit of Mediterranean flavor.
