Place small Brie wheel on thawed Puff Pastry sheet and cut in half horizontally. Spread 1/2 to 1 cup Mango Papaya Chutney between 2 halves. Wrap puff pastry around cheese wheel and crimp edges so it is completely sealed. Beat 1 egg with 1 Tbsp water. Brush seams with egg mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 until pastry starts to brown. Allow to cool for 6-8 min. Serve with crackers or crusty bread
Tropical Crostini Preheat oven to 450. Cut French baguette into 1/3-inch thick slices, arrange on baking sheet & brush with olive oil. Bake until golden & crisp. Top with goat cheese and a dollop of room temperature Mango Papaya Chutney.
Glazed Chicken Wings Spicy Mango Glaze Preheat broiler. In large bowl, toss 20 chicken wings with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp pepper and 2 tsp salt; place wings on broiler pan in single layer and broil 5 inches from heat turning them over once until they are barely cooked through, about 20 min. In med saucepan, combine 1 cup Mango Papaya Chutney, cup freshly squeezed lemon juice and cup Wild Thymes Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce; bring to a light boil over med heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 min. Brush cup sauce over wings and broil 2 min. Brush with another cup of sauce, turn over and brush with another cup of sauce. Broil another 2-3 min. Brush with remaining sauce before serving.
Tropical Glazed Turkey Breast Preheat grill or grill pan. Place a 7-lb whole boneless turkey breast, skin side down on work surface. With a knife parallel to work surface, cut through the middle of breast so it opens like a book. Season with salt and pepper. Grill turkey over moderate heat, turning once, until skin is crisp and the meat is cooked through, about 25 min. Meanwhile, microwave 1 cup Mango Papaya Chutney until it melts slightly, about 1 min. Puree Chutney in food processor until smooth; transfer to small bowl. Now, puree an additional 1/4 cup Chutney with 3 cup cilantro leaves, 2 cups mint leaves, 3/4 cup water and 1/2 cup olive oil until smooth; salt and pepper to taste. Brush cooked turkey with plain pureed chutney and grill, turning once, until chutney forms a sticky paste, about 2 min per side. Transfer turkey to a cutting board, cover with foil and let rest for 10 min. Carve turkey breast into slice and serve with cilantro-mint chutney sauce. Serves 8.
Tropical Pork with Wild Rice Pilaf Preheat oven to 400. In small bowl, combine 1/2 tsp grated lime peel, 1 Tbsp lime juice and 6 Tbsp Mango Papaya Chutney. Prepare one 6-oz wild rice pkg according to directions; stir in 1/3 cup diagonally cut green onions, 2 Tbsp chutney mixture, 1-1/2 tsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp grated lime peel, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper; set aside. Sprinkle a 1-lb pork tenderloin with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Heat a large ovenproof skillet over med-high heat; coat with cooking spray. Add pork to pan; cook 4 min, browning on all sides. Place pan in oven; roast at 400 for 10 min until instant read thermometer read 155 degrees. Spoon 1/4 cup chutney mixture over pork. Cover loosely with foil; let stand for 5 min or until temperature reach 160. Cut pork into thin slices; serve with rice. Serves 2-3.
Roasted Chicken with Creamy Curried Mango Sauce Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half, in roasting pan. In small bowl, combine 1 cup canola mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 4 Tbsp Mango Papaya Chutney and 2 tsp Urban Accents Curry Row. Add juice of 2 lemons and mix until smooth. Spoon sauce over chicken and cook until just done, about 30-40 min. Serves 4.
Curried Turkey & Mango Salad In large bowl, combine 1/3 c mayonnaise, 1/4 plain yogurt, 1 Tbsp Urban Accents Curry Row and 1 cup Mango Papaya Chutney. Add 3 cups diced turkey (or chicken). Serve as a sandwich filling or over mixed greens. Serves 4.
