To use as a side dish follow these directions:
  • Do not rinse before use.
  • Boil 1-3/4 cups water in a large saucepan.
  • Add 1 cup La Mancha Saffron rice and return to a boil for 2 minutes.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 18 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  • One cup dry yields 3 cups cooked Saffron Rice.
