- Spicy BBQ Baked Potato
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut a baked potato in half and scoop out the flesh. In separate bowl; combine shredded barbecued chicken or pulled pork, 1 Tbsp Hot Mama BBQ Sauce and 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese for each potato; mix well. Stuff potato shell with mixture and place on baking sheet. Top with additional grated cheese and bake for 10 min or until heated through.
