The following information explains Urban Accents policy regarding the purchase and redemption of Paper and Email Gift Certificates. Please read each of these informational points carefully.
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Urban Accents Web site http://www.urbanaccents.com toward the purchase of products listed in Urban Accents online catalog.
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount between U.S. $10.00 and $500.00. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Upon redemption, any unused balance will be forfeited. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
Gift certificates and their use on our Web site are subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Under it’s own discretion, Urban Accents reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy as represented on its Web site.

Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue. Please note, this specific rule does not apply in California. This rule applies in New Hampshire for gift certificates over $100. The expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.
URBAN ACCENTS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND URBAN ACCENTS’ SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.
