A friend gave me the Ginger Szechuan salt as a gift. When I came to the end...I had to find it again. It is becoming my favorite "secret" ingredient.

The mango masala salt is outstanding! Great flavor. All of the others had good flavor too but I felt that the Chateau Provence and the Caribbean Pepper salt were too coarse. The herbs and spices needed to be ground a little more. Great look to them but biting into a whole allspice or piece of rosemary can be pretty overpowering. Overall though a pretty good product.
