Place small Brie wheel on thawed Puff Pastry sheet and cut in half horizontally. Spread 1/2 to 1 cup Cranberry Fig Cranberry Sauce between 2 halves. Cranberry Fig Balsamic Sauce -- perfect over pork, chicken and turkey. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in med skillet over med-high heat. Add 1 cup chopped onion or shallots and saute until softened. Add 1 cup chicken broth, 2/3 cup Cranberry Fig Cranberry Sauce, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar and whisk until well mixed. Boil until sauce has reduced, about 7-8 min. Salt & pepper to taste and serve over sliced meat.
Chicken Breast with Balsamic Cranberry Fig Sauce In small bowl, whisk together 1/4cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup Cranberry Fig Cranberry Sauce and 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. In large skillet, saute 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1 chopped garlic clove in 3 Tbsp melted butter until lightly browned. Add 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cook over med heat for 5-7 min turning to brown evenly. Reduce heat, stir in sauce mixture and cook 5 min or more until sauce reduces and chicken is cooked through. Salt & pepper to taste. Serves 4
