Transfer mixture to large bowl; add 2 loaves stale white bread, cut into cubes, 2 tsp salt, 4 tsp ground black pepper and 3 cups chopped flat leaf parsley combine well. Slowly drizzle in 5-1/2 cups chicken stock and 1 jar Cranberry Apple Walnut Cranberry Sauce; mix until well combined. Use to stuff turkey or chicken and roast as usual or place in a baking pan and bake at 350F until heated through.
