To use as a side dish follow these directions:
  • Do not rinse.
  • In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup rice and 2-1/2 cups water to a boil.
  • Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
    One cup dry yields 2 cups cooked rice.
