spread evenly. If using a plastic bag, seal it and gently shake to
distribute evenly.Let set for 30 minutes -- the dry rub will start to glisten into a beautiful glaze.For Grilling: Heat grill to medium-high heat. Using the indirect method, grill protein to desired doneness. For Roasting: To
avoid burning, cover roasting pan, containing protein, with foil and
