2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 lbs zucchini, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups tomato sauce

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in olive oil. Add green onions and zucchini; cook and toss until wilted. Add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Add Normandy Fine Herbs and toss. Serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.minutes longer. Transfer the fritters to a paper towel lined baking sheet and place in warm oven. Carefully wipe the hot skillet clean with paper towels. Return the pan to medium-high heat, add the remaining batter. Arrange the hot fritters on a platter and serve immediately with wedges of lemon.
