Ingredients:

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 baguette, sliced diagonally in 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 cup French dressing
7 oz goat cheese log (or other semi-soft cheese)
1 Tbsp Urban Accents Moroccan Road, or more depending on spice preference

Directions:

Preheat broiler. Toast the chopped walnuts on a baking sheet until fragrant (watch out these can burn easily!). Remove from oven and set aside. Place the sliced bread on the baking sheet and toast on one side until golden brown (also, happens fast!). Remove from oven & drizzle the non-toasted side with half of the French dressing. Cut the goat cheese into slices. Spread the Moroccan Road on a clean work surface and spin the goat cheese wheels in the spice, coating the edges. Place spice-coated wheels on the slices of bread and broil for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melting and beginning to brown. Transfer bruschetta to serving platter and sprinkle with walnuts. Drizzle with the remaining dressing.
