Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked
Urban Accents Siam Jasmine Rice1 14.5-oz can low sodium chicken broth
Urban Accents Vermont Grill DRYGLAZE, divided
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 cut-up whole chicken or 4 boneless, skinless breasts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine rice, chicken broth and 1-1/2 Tbsp Vermont Grill DRYGLAZE in bottom of 9" x 13" baking dish. Rub chicken with olive oil and place in resealable plastic bag. Add remaining seasoning to bag, seal and gently shake so that chicken is evenly coated. Refrigerate chicken in plastic bag for 30 minutes. Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture. Cover and seal tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour, until instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees when inserted in thickest part of breast.
