Ingredients:
3 lb venison roast
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Kodiak Fish & Game 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup red wine
1 medium onion, sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Trim excess fat and rinse venison roast thoroughly. Dredge roast with flour and Kodiak Fish & Game. Heat olive oil in large saute pan and brown roast on all sides. Transfer browned roast to roasting pan; pour red wine over the roast and add sliced onion. Cook for 2 to 3 hours or until internal thermometer reaches 145 degrees for medium rare or 160 degrees for medium.
