Turkey Meatloaf

Accented with a little spicy Creole heat.

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp tomato paste
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp Urban Accents Cajun Street


Directions:

Preheat oven to350 degrees F. Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions and garlic until soft; let cool.  In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients; mix in cooled onions and garlic. In a 9" x 13" baking pan, form mixture into an oval resembling a long loaf of bread. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until internal thermometer reads 170 degrees.

For a spicier meatloaf, increase Cajun Street to 2 Tbsp.
