Ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 tsp
Urban Accents Mango Masala Seasoned Salt 6-8 large scallops
Directions:
Heat butter in medium skillet over low heat. Add red bell pepper and Mango Masala Seasoned Salt; saute until peppers are slightly softened. Add scallops, cover and saute until scallops are cooked through. Transfer to plates and spoon pepper mixture over scallops.
