Ingredients:

Urban Accents Siam Jasmine rice1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp
Urban Accents Mango Masala Seasoned Salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 bunch green onions, trimmed
1 ripe mango, peeled & diced
1/2 ripe papaya, peeled & diced
Directions:
Do not rinse rice. Boil 1-3/4 cups water in a large saucepan. Add rice and return to a boil for 2 minutes; cover and simmer over low heat for 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
Preheat stovetop grill pan or grill. In small bowl, combine olive oil, Mango Masala Seasoned Salt and cayenne pepper. Douse green onions with one half of oil mixture and grill until tender and green onions start to blacken. Remove cooked onions and chop into small pieces; add to cooked rice. Warm mango and papaya in microwave for 10-20 seconds. Add fruit and remaining oil mixture to rice; toss together and fluff rice.
