Ingredients:
Pastry for a 1 crust pie, unbaked
3 large ripe tomatoes
1-1/2 tsp
Urban Accents Fisherman's Wharf 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
To prepare the crust, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 10-inch tart pan with pastry. Prick the side and bottom thoroughly with a fork and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Cool on a rack.
Slice the tomatoes and place in layers in tart shell. Sprinkle with Fisherman's Wharf. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture over tomatoes (it will not completely cover them). Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
