Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp
Urban Accents Thai Garden 2 large red peppers, seeded & sliced
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 lb snow peas, trimmed
1 lb broccoli florets
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add onion and cook for 2 min. Add Thai Garden and red pepper; cook for 3-4 min. Stir in the soy sauce, snow peas & broccoli; stir-fry for 2-4 min until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper to taste.
