Thai Rice

A flavorful rice accented with the sweet-heat flavors of coriander, red pepper flakes and cinnamon.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Urban Accents Raj Basmati Rice
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Thai Garden


Directions:

Wash rice very well under cold water to rid the rice of any extra starch that may be on the grains. Place washed rice in a bowl of clean water and soak for about 30 minutes.
 
Place rice and Thai Garden in large saucepan; add 2 cups cold water and bring to a boil. Immediately after the water starts to boil, stir rice, cover and simmer over low heat for another 25 minutes (don't peek). Remove from heat and let stand for another 5 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork and serve.
