Ingredients:
2 pkgs Yabisoba Noodles
1 tsp chili paste
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Thai Garden 3 Tbsp lime juice
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp sesame seed oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, grated
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
Directions:
Stir fry noodles as directed on package. In a large bowl, mix all other ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Add cooked noodles to bowl and chill for 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
