Thai Kabobs

Ingredients: 1 lb firm tofu 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts 2 Tbsp Urban Accents Thai Garden 2 red and 2 green bell peppers, cut into large chunks 4 Tbsp sweet chili dipping sauce
Directions: Preheat broiler or grill. Pat tofu dry and cut into 1-inch cubes. In a food processor, grind peanuts with Thai Garden and spread mixture on a plate. Coat the tofu cubes in the peanut/Thai Garden mixture. Thread tofu and peppers on skewers. Place kabobs on a foil-lined grill rack. Grill (broil) kabobs for 10-12 minutes. Turn them frequently and watch closely so they don't get too crisp without cooking through! Once the peppers and peanuts have browned, remove from oven. Serve with the chili dipping sauce. Add additional Thai Garden to dipping sauce for an additional sweet flavor.
