Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/3 cup Tequila
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Santiago Citrus Seasoned Salt 2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Rio Grande Chili Blend2 lb flank steak
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients except flank steak in a large bowl. Place the steak in a non-metallic deep dish and cover with the mixture. Marinade for no more than 1 hour, or the acid in the lime juice will begin to cook the meat.
Preheat grill or broiler. Remove flank steak from marinade. Cook close to the heat for about 4 minutes per side or until cooked medium rare. Remove from heat and let stand 3-4 minutes. Slice across the grain and place on serving dish. Discard any remaining marinade.
