Ingredients:
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves, divided
3 shallots, minced
2 Tbsp Urban Accents Kodiak Fish & Game
6 tuna fillets, approx. 6-oz each
Lemon wedges
Directions:
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, 3 Tbsp cilantro, shallots and Kodiak Fish & Game; mix well. Place tuna fillets in glass or ceramic baking dish. Pour marinade over top, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Brush the cooking grate of grill with oil and preheat to high heat. Grill tuna fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until they are warmed through the middle or they reach the desired doneness. Serve with remaining cilantro and lemon wedges.
