Ingredients:
1 lb Swordfish fillets
1 cup whole milk yogurt
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1Tbsp garlic, minced
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 heaping Tbsp
Urban Accent Punjab Red Tandoori2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Kashmir Garam Masala
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except fish, in large bowl; whisk well. Add fish fillets and marinade for up to two hours.
Prepare grill or stovetop grill pan for high heat. Remove excess marinade and grill fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, getting good grill marks on each side. Remove and let fish rest for 5 minutes. Serve with Basmati rice and grilled onions.
