Ingredients:
2 lbs skirt steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Asian Pepper Market2 tsp toasted sesame oil
Urban Accents Ginger Szechwan Seasoned Salt
Directions:
In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, Asian Pepper Market and sesame oil. Place skirt steak in resealable plastic bag; add marinade and seal. Turn bag so steak is thoroughly covered in marinade and refrigerate for up to two hours.
Prepare grill to med high. Grill steak to desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice against the grain and place on serving platter. Finish with sprinkling of Ginger Szechwan Seasoned Salt.
