Ingredients:
8 cups chicken stock
2 cups peas
2 cups carrot, sliced
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp Szechwan stir-fry sauce
1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Szechwan Sesame Blend10 ozyaki-soba or ramen noodles
1 lb cooked shrimp
Directions:
Add all ingredients except noodles & shrimp to a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Add noodles. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Add shrimp. Simmer until shrimp are heated through, 1 to 2 minutes. Substitute tofu for a vegetarian twist!
