Ingredients:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Szechwan Sesame Blend 3 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 lb snow peas
2 scallions, sliced
2 cups cooked chicken breast
1/2 lb bowtie pasta, cooked al dente
Directions:
In small bowl, whisk together oil, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, and Szechwan Sesame Blend. In large bowl, combine broccoli, red pepper, snow peas, scallions, chicken and pasta. Add dressing to vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cover and chill before serving.
