Ingredients:
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 cups (16 oz) pecan halves
1/2 cup brown sugar
5 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 to 1-1/2 Tbsp
Urban Accents Spanish Smoked Seasoned Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and add pecans. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until pecans are lightly browned and smell toasty fragrant. Add brown sugar, stirring until lightly caramelized, about 3 minutes. Stir in the Spanish Smoked Seasoned Salt and cider vinegar. Stir until the liquid evaporates. Pour pecans onto parchment lined baking sheet; separate the nuts into a single layer and bake for 4 minutes. Let cool.
