Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup ketchup, divided
Urban Accents Vermont Grill Dryglaze
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/3 cup ketchup and Vermont Grill. Shape into 10" x 5" loaf; place on a lightly greased rack in a foil lined baking pan. Bake for 45 min. Brush 1/3 cup ketchup over meatloaf and bake 10-15 additional minutes or until no long pink in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
