Ingredients:
1 French bread loaf, cut into 1-inch slices
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 15-oz can white cannelloni beans, drained & rinsed
1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained & sliced
3 cups basil leaves, coarsely chopped
Juice of one lemon
1 Tbsp
Urban Accents Isle of Capri Seasoned SaltPepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat grill or stove-top grill pan to med-high heat. Drizzle olive oil over French bread and grill until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. In medium bowl, combine white cannelloni beans, sun-dried tomatoes, basil leaves, lemon juice, Isle of Capri Seasoned Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture onto grilled bread slices and serve immediately.
